DisplayMint Security Statement
Security controls and shared responsibilities for the DisplayMint platform and player fleet.
Account security
DisplayMint uses authenticated accounts and role/venue access controls. Customers must grant only necessary access and promptly remove staff who no longer require it.
Player security
Player pairing links a device to an authorised screen record. Customers should physically secure players/TVs, keep operating systems updated and restrict access to local device settings where appropriate.
Transport and secrets
Service communications use encrypted transport where supported. Passwords, API credentials, signing keys and recovery secrets must not be embedded in signage content or shared through ordinary support messages.
Content risk
Displayed webpages and remote media can introduce third-party security/privacy risk. Customers should use trusted sources and avoid embedding privileged internal systems on public displays.
Incidents
Report suspected compromise promptly. We may revoke sessions, unpair devices, rotate secrets, disable remote content or take other proportionate protective action.
