DisplayMint Business Customer Terms
Supplemental SaaS terms for organisations and venues using DisplayMint digital-signage software and player applications.
1. Incorporation
These terms supplement the DM Digital UK Master Business Terms and the applicable Order. The Order sets the purchased plan, screen allowance, billing, term and any bespoke commitments.
2. Service
DisplayMint provides cloud signage management that may include organisations/venues, user access, media storage, playlists, layouts, schedules, screen pairing, player software, telemetry, offline cache and remote or emergency controls.
3. Screen allowances
The customer must remain within the number of screens, venues, users, storage or other limits included in its plan. Additional use may require an upgrade or additional charge.
4. Customer content
The customer owns or remains responsible for media, webpages, branding and other content it uploads or displays. The customer warrants that it has all rights and permissions needed to display that content in the intended locations.
5. Player devices
The customer is responsible for suitable displays/player devices, power, network connectivity, platform accounts and physical security unless the Order expressly includes managed hardware. Device-platform requirements may change over time.
6. Offline operation
Supported players may cache previously synchronised content for temporary connectivity loss. Offline playback is not guaranteed indefinitely and new schedules, content, commands or account changes generally require connectivity.
7. Remote and emergency controls
Remote commands and emergency overrides are powerful operational functions. The customer is responsible for granting access only to authorised staff and for checking target screens before issuing a command.
8. Web and third-party content
Webpage or third-party content can change, become unavailable or behave differently in embedded/player environments. DisplayMint does not guarantee the availability, suitability or licensing of third-party content.
9. Availability and support
Support and any binding availability commitment are governed by the DisplayMint SLA and Order. App stores, operating systems, networks and third-party APIs are external dependencies.
10. Termination and export
Before termination, the customer should download any content or records it needs to retain. Account, media and device data are handled after termination in accordance with the DisplayMint Retention Schedule.
