Roles

DM Digital UK Services Ltd operates DisplayMint. We act as controller for customer-account administration, billing, service security, support and our own business records. Where customers use DisplayMint to display or process personal data in their content, we may act as processor under the DisplayMint DPA.

Information processed

• Customer and authorised-user identity/contact details.
• Organisation, venue, role and permission information.
• Screen/device identifiers, pairing data, app version, resolution, online status, IP/network and diagnostic telemetry.
• Uploaded media metadata, playlists, layouts, schedules and configuration.
• Support, audit, authentication and security records.

Content containing personal data

Customers decide what content is displayed and are responsible for ensuring they have a lawful basis and appropriate notices/permissions where signage contains personal data.

Purposes

We use data to provide and secure the service, pair and manage devices, synchronise content, provide support, administer subscriptions, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

Information may be shared with hosting, email, app-platform, monitoring, support and other service providers necessary to operate DisplayMint, and with authorities where legally required.

Retention and rights

Retention follows the DisplayMint Retention Schedule. Individuals can exercise applicable rights by contacting DM Digital; where data is controlled by a DisplayMint customer, we may direct the request to that customer.
